Founded by longtime Jackson Hole resident Kyle James, who has spent roughly 25 years guiding in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. The company operates with a team of three guides, including the owner, who regularly leads tours personally. All guides are certified Wilderness First Responders and Certified Interpretive Guides. The company is an authorized concessioner of the National Park Service. From roughly mid-December to mid-March, the only way to reach Old Faithful, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone and other winter destinations is by guided snowmobile, guided snowcoach, or through the park's limited non-commercially guided snowmobile lottery program. Every tour begins with a full safety briefing and operating instruction. Tours use Ski-Doo Grand Touring snowmobiles, designed for trail riding, with comfortable two-person seating. **Will I be cold?** Full insulated gear is provided. Combined with heated handlebars and the snowmobile windshield, most guests are comfortable even in very cold conditions. **How large are the groups?** Small. The company operates with three guides total, including the owner, specifically to keep groups small and personal. **Who will I talk to when I call?** The owner or the general manager, every time. **Where do tours depart from?** Jackson, Wyoming, with complimentary pick-up from Jackson lodging. Snowmobiling begins at Flagg Ranch near Yellowstone's South Entrance. **What wildlife might I see?** Bison, bald eagles, coyotes, and occasionally wolves.
